Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

This policy applies to Glyph OpenClaw Agent, a private personal-automation integration operated by Mike Cornelia. It is not offered as a public or multi-user service.

Google data accessed

With the account owner's authorization, the integration may access:

How data is used

Google data is used only to provide owner-directed features such as email triage and replies, calendar digests, reminders, task management, career briefs, and backups. Relevant email excerpts may be processed by OpenAI models solely to classify messages or draft the requested output.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored in the operator's macOS Keychain. Google data is fetched as needed and processed on a privately controlled Mac. Workflow logs, generated summaries, and owner-requested backups may be retained on that Mac or in the owner's own Google account. They are deleted when no longer needed for the workflow or at the account owner's request.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes. It may be processed by service providers, including OpenAI, only as necessary to deliver the owner-requested automation, maintain security, or comply with law.

Google API Limited Use

Glyph OpenClaw Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security and account control

Access is restricted to accounts explicitly authorized by their owner. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect credentials and locally processed data.
